Enjoy iconic views of sparkling lochs, wooded hills and rugged mountains. Take to the trails and discover the Forest Park’s magical atmosphere and wonderful wildlife.

A view of Loch Ard with trees and hills on either side.

Begin your visit at The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre near Aberfoyle. You'll find easy trails, a wildlife hide, information, and a café with one of the best views in Scotland. Follow the Three Lochs Forest Drive to explore the heart of the forest without having to travel far, or head to tranquil Loch Ard for easy family cycling.

The Forest Park encompasses some of Scotland’s best-loved locations. You'll find the magnificent Loch Lomond, the rolling Trossachs hills, Loch Katrine and the craggy tops of Strathyre. It’s a feast for the eyes, whatever the season. There’s so much to see and do, whether you want to just soak up the view, stroll, swing through the trees, or take a steamship on a legendary loch.
