Balmacara Community Trust has submitted an asset transfer request to purchase 9.2 hectares of land known as Balmacara Campsite for commercial camping and caravan provision operated by Reraig Caravan and Camping, a dedicated Trust office and storage space, public toilet, laundry, performance area and shelter, and woodland recreation.
