The peaks around Achnashellach are popular for winter climbing as well as walking, and there's a right of way through the Coulin pass all the way to Glen Torridon. You'll find detailed route descriptions at Walkhighlands: search for 'Achnashellach'.

This is remote, rugged country and you'll need the right equipment and clothing whichever route you choose. Check our advice on hill walking before you set off.
